These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the XLTV website, apps, and services (the "Service") operated by Xcel Media Limited ("XLTV", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. Subscriptions & payments

Some content requires a paid subscription, channel subscription, or pay-per-view purchase. Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (₦). Payments are processed by Squad. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

3. Station owner terms

Station owners represent and warrant that they own or have all necessary rights to broadcast the content they upload or link, including music, sports, and third-party material. Uploading pirated, infringing, or unlicensed streams is grounds for immediate removal, forfeiture of accrued earnings, and account termination.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post or stream content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or promotes violence.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service.
• Circumvent any access controls, paywalls, or ad delivery.
• Use the Service to distribute malware or attempt to compromise other users.

5. Advertising

The Service is supported in part by advertising, including ads served by Google AdSense and its partners. By using the Service you agree that ads may be shown alongside content and understand that your consent choices control whether ads are personalized.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its branding, code, and non-user content, is owned by Xcel Media Limited and protected by intellectual property laws. User-submitted content remains owned by its uploaders, who grant XLTV a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, transcode, and display it as necessary to operate the Service.

7. DMCA / copyright

To report content you believe infringes your copyright, email xcelmedia001@gmail.com with the URL, a description of the work, your contact details, and a good-faith statement.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, XLTV is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that create risk for the Service or other users.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
