    • Profile & preferences — display name, favourites, watch history.
    • Payment metadata — subscription tier, promotion payments, payout details for station owners. Card data is handled by our payment processors (Squad); we never store card numbers.
    • Usage & device data — pages viewed, channels played, watch duration, IP address, browser, device type, and referring URL.
    • Cookies & similar technologies — see section 5.

    2. How we use information

    • Provide, secure, and improve the service.
    • Personalize content and recommendations.
    • Process subscriptions, promotions, and station payouts.
    • Show ads (including personalized ads where allowed) and measure their performance.

    We use first-party cookies for sign-in and preferences, and third-party cookies from Google to serve ads. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on our site. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to our site and other sites on the Internet.

    8. Children

    XLTV is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us and we will delete it.
